Terry and the team responded to my recent floor crisis! Following some warm weather my old solid wood floor had lifted up from the subfloor and the room couldn't be used. Terry visited and spent some time discussing the best approach even though the floor was installed by another firm years ago. We agreed to try a repair. Terry arrived on time and as planned and had the floor back to its original condition in no time, the finish is professional and thoughtfully done, very pleased and highly recommended, thank you!

We can honestly say that Terry and Sarah are amazing.
Literally worked so hard making our house into a beautiful home! After I spoke to Sarah on the phone explaining the awful state of our floor which had just been laid in our kitchen, hall, under stair cupboard and downstairs toilet, they came out straight away to look at it and as we already knew it needed to be totally replaced.
Unfortunately as they were taking the flooring up they found it was in a worse condition than expected so they immediately reassured us that it would be fine and it was going to be sorted out.
And it was !!
Terry and the polite young men who were working alongside him went and transformed our floor after 3 hard days of work.
Our new floor looks stunning, we can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for us 😊 Such a professional, friendly Company.
We will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Fabulous from start to finish. Initially Sarah was so knowledgeable and patient whilst I was making choices. We went on to have the entire downstairs laid with Carndean flooring, a job which involved lots of preparation beforehand as walls had been removed, doors bricked up and floors needing leveling. Terry and his team (sorry I forgot your names) did a brilliant job with every aspect. Good communication, reliable, tidy, speedy and most importantly a professional finish. Sarah & Terry explained the process from start to finish & the on-site team really got on with the job. Despite extra preparation they managed to do the hall & bedroom in one day as my mother is extremely disabled & needed to get into her heavy metal electric bed via a hoist later that evening! They ingeniously arranged a way of proping up the bed and worked around it rather than me having to dismantle it!
Very professional finish & afterwards thoroughly cleaned up everything.
My Mother is delighted with her new floor!!!

The Village flooring Studio recently laid amtico LVT through our entire downstairs, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. Every step of the process Sarah, Terry and the team were professional, helpful and when it came to laying - perfectionists. We got a number of quotes and spoke to a number of flooring companies because it was a big job and we needed to ensure we got it right. The Village flooring Studio immediately stood out because it was very clear they cared and wanted to do a very good job, which was most important to us. They have great advice on patterns and laying, got samples for us to test and were patient with us while we decided. They arrived on time every day (virtually unheard of nowadays) and you could tell the level of detail and making sure everything was absolutely right in everything they did from prepping, laying and finishing. The finished product is testament this the level of detail and not cutting corners at any stage. We have further work that needs doing upstairs and I won’t hesitate to reach out to The Village flooring Studio again. Thanks Sarah, Terry and Jamie.

Excellent value and quality service, quoted quickly and gave good advice on product options, Kitchen, Bedrooms and Living Room. Turned up on time every day and finished on time.
